Henry co-presentated at the 2010 New England Association of Personnel Services (NEAPS) Conference in Connecticut this past May with Tracey Madden and Steve Davis. Their presentation, titled "Building Awareness, Influence, Reputation and Authority Using Social Networks for Staffing and Recruiting Professionals", explored the mechanics of the buying power of social media focusing on the leading sites, Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook. Henry spoke at the 2010 American Association of Inside Sales Professionals (AA-ISP) Leadership Summit held in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His presentation, titled "Best Practices in the Recruiting Hiring Process", discussed how every bad employment decision a company makes puts the wrong person in the wrong job at the wrong time and negatively impacts profitability and productivity. Henry provided proven Best Practices to use throughout the recruiting, hiring, and on boarding process, as well as a proven repeatable interviewing processes to maintain consistency and identify top performing Inside Sales Talent and avoid the pitfalls of placing the wrong candidate.
