He bases sophisticated sourcing strategies on the premise that a company's greatest asset is its people, and works to find successful, talented professionals with personal goals that match those of the client company. Upholding an ongoing commitment to integrity and professionalism, Henry works with clients as a trusted ally, combining the reliability of a business partner with the economics of an outside source devoted to their task: acquiring the most qualified people to help them succeed in a competitive business environment.
Henry J. Glickel graduated from Richard Stockton State College with a bachelor's degree in business and subsequently earned an MBA from Temple University in health care administration, graduating with cum laude honors.
In 1999 Henry passed the CPC (Certified Placement Consultant) exam, a test administered by The National Association Of Personnel Services. This designation is an educational requirement for upgrading certification and education within the recruitment industry. In addition, Henry has been published several times in Sales and Marketing Executive Report, Selling Magazine's Special Report, Metrowest Daily News and SellingCrossingMagazine.
In 2009 Henry earned the Certified Employee Retention Specialist (CERS) designation from the National Association of Personnel Services. The CERS credential along with the pre-requisite CPC or the Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS) are the only national designations recognized globally by the personnel services and staffing industry. As a CPC or CTS, one must first be knowledgeable on employment law as and regulations, as well as the highest standard of business practices set forth by the NAPS. The CERS credential, takes that knowledge one step further in a consultative approach. Henry joins less than 60 individuals in the nation who have received the CERS designation began in 2007.
Currently Henry is a retained recruiter for several select clients, while he remains president of Sales Recruiters, Inc. in Salem, NH.
